**Salary & Benefits**

We offer an attractive salary range of PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month, along with benefits including SL/VL, 13-month pay, and overtime pay.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Tax/Accounting Consultant in external reporting, reviewing and auditing cash transactions, and assisting in price control monitoring of inventoriable and consumable materials/supplies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and auditing payroll, encoded expenses per account, summary of ORs and ARs
• Preparing Sales, Collection and Payables summary for external reporting
• Assisting Tax/Accounting Consultant in preparation of external reports
• Conducting bank reconciliation and preparing schedule of currency gains/losses
• Preparing and monitoring PPE lapsing schedule with costing
• Conducting Annual PPE count
• Preparing Commission summary
• Preparing BIR form 2307 for suppliers
• Preparing schedule of BIR form 2307 both for clients and suppliers
• Handling inventory of receipts
• Preparing annual inventory report for BIR submission
• Preparing annual alphalist

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years experience in General accounting
• Strong understanding of the construction/exhibition industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in government compliance and tax laws
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
