We are seeking a skilled Database Analyst to join our team at Softgic. The ideal candidate will focus on data processing within SQL and Access databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility. This role is centered on data analysis and management rather than automation or database administration.

Responsibilities
  • Data Processing: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into SQL and Access databases.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across databases.
  • Query Development: Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

In this role, you will work closely with other departments to understand data needs and provide support. You will maintain detailed documentation of data processes, queries, and reports.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL and Access databases.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL techniques and data processing.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Database Analyst or in a similar role.
