About Us

We are a forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team. This role requires expertise in cloud migration and proficiency in supporting a variety of tools.

Job Summary:

This position involves leading the migration of users and spaces from Google Workspace to Microsoft Teams, providing technical support for multiple tools, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to migrate 130+ users and spaces from Google Workspace to Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide technical support for CRM, ERP, voice systems, recruiting and onboarding platforms, and other related tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues related to supported tools.
  • Utilize project management software to manage tasks and projects effectively.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze data using platforms like Power BI to provide insights and support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
  • Experience supporting CRM, ERP, voice systems, recruiting and onboarding platforms, and similar tools.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management software like Trello.
  • Knowledge of data analytics platforms like Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
  • Experience in user support and IT administration.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
