About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Developer Manager to join our development team at Bounty Hunter World. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and development of both front-end and back-end solutions for web applications.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the .NET stack including .NET Core (API, Entity Framework, Azure services).
  2. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to implementation and deployment.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and design teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  4. Drive the development of both .NET Core (API, Entity Framework, Azure services) and React (v18) with TypeScript for type-safe development.
  5. Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
  6. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, helping them improve their skills and grow within the organization.
  7. Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks across both the front-end and back-end.
  8. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of applications by implementing modern software design patterns, security protocols, and performance optimizations.
  9. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team adopts best practices and cutting-edge tools.
  11. Ensure timely delivery of features, bug fixes, and system improvements while maintaining high levels of code quality and application stability.
