As a key contributor to the EUM team in Latin America, you will report directly to the EUM Lead, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies that drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the EUM Lead to provide essential external insights for specific sub-End Use Markets, aiding the strategic planning process through market analysis, growth projections, consumer behavior trends, and competitive landscape evaluations.
- Deliver consumer insights that are integrated with customer and competitor data to support the strategic direction set by the EUM Lead.
- Contribute to strategy formulation sessions alongside the EUM Lead, critically assessing assumptions and priorities based on market intelligence.
- Work closely with local teams, including Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and Business Development, to implement strategies for targeted sub-End Use Markets.
- Guide and challenge the Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and Business Development teams to optimize Kerry's Business Model.
- Engage with Global teams through both formal and informal channels, leveraging their expertise while showcasing regional insights and key initiatives.
- Key activities encompass developing Unique Value Propositions (UVP) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for relevant technologies, constructing Business Cases for mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and investments, and serving as the primary liaison for local and Global teams in communication efforts related to campaigns.
- Support activities include participation in trade shows and customer events, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Travel within Latin America may be necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Deep enthusiasm for the Food Industry and Technology.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, RD&A, or Sales within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; a Master’s degree in related fields is advantageous.
- High energy and a proactive mindset, with strong emotional intelligence and resilience. Passionate about engaging across the organization and fostering partnerships built on trust and integrity.
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer, market, and sales data.
- Effective project management skills, capable of juggling multiple details and deadlines in a matrix environment while maintaining high quality.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
- Strong consulting and facilitation skills, characterized by diplomacy, empathy, and collaboration.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of internal and external customers and market dynamics.
