Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Global Network Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing network changes globally on a 24x7x365 basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in network technologies, including Cisco routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls, as well as experience with network monitoring tools such as SevOne, AppNeta, and ThousandEyes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience in supporting and operating network technologies at an enterprise scale
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and IT service management
  • CCNP (R&S) certification or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in a technology-related field
