The Ai Project Director is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of AI/Machine Learning projects. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, strong project management skills, and a keen business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Track project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Technical Understanding: Gain a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and methodologies. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with data scientists and engineers in the development and deployment of AI/ML models. Ensure the quality and integrity of AI/ML models, including data quality, model performance, and ethical considerations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
