At Critical Mass, we are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Director to lead our team in producing cutting-edge digital campaigns.

As a key member of our Automation Design team, you will be responsible for guiding the production design process from concept to delivery, ensuring that all files meet the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate will have advanced English proficiency, at least 6 years of experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, or design agencies, and at least 2 years of leadership experience.

You will possess a deep understanding of design principles and be able to proof production design work for adherence to the brand, brief, and best practices.

A competitive salary of $120,000 per year is being offered for this exciting opportunity.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Visual Creative Director who can drive the development of innovative digital campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the production design process from kick-off to final delivery
  • Guiding designers to ensure conceptual creative ideas are designed at scale for digital delivery to market
  • Collaborating with other teams to understand their needs and goals, and developing resources/designs/tools to meet those needs
  • Building templates, wireframes, and prototypes for new ads/templates and projects
  • Reviewing project information/briefs and identifying any missing information
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1)
  • 6+ years of experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups
  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership positions
  • Proficiency with core tools - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Proficiency with secondary tools - Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, Celtra
  • Proficiency with motion focus tools - After Effects, Premiere Pro
