About the Job

This Transformation Consultant position involves managing end-to-end software system implementations, focusing on system configuration, seamless data migration, and troubleshooting. Collaboration with clients ensures exceptional interactions, effective problem-solving, and timely project delivery.

Your expertise in ERP solutions, SQL/database management, and integration tools like Celigo and Boomi will be essential for success. Experience in client-facing roles and advanced knowledge of system configuration, data migration processes, and troubleshooting are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure systems to meet client business requirements, ensuring functionality and alignment with operational processes.
  • Oversight and execution of data migration strategies to ensure successful, accurate transfer from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Management and implementation of software applications, meeting all client specifications.
  • Identification, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related to system configurations, integrations, and software functionality.
  • Work with databases and SQL queries to ensure smooth data processing and resolve database performance or integrity issues.
  • Leverage integration tools like Celigo and Boomi to enable seamless integration with third-party applications and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations are exceeded throughout the implementation process.
  • Clear, concise communication to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • C1 level English proficiency or above.
  • Proven experience in software implementation, particularly with ERP systems like NetSuite.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management, with hands-on experience using integration tools such as Celigo or Boomi.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions and maintain high-quality relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of system configuration, data migration processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language for clients.
