Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Drilling and Workover Advisor to join our team at Lhr Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all drilling and workover operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee all drilling and workover operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate material deliveries to wells and ensure timely receipt of necessary equipment.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with contract requirements and company policies.
  • Work closely with engineers to implement modern drilling practices and optimize well performance.
  • Approve contractor daily reports and maintain accurate records of operations.
  • Maintain rig and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with blowout prevention standards and safety protocols.
