Salary & Benefits

The competitive starting salary for this role is $2500 CAD per month, which will be negotiated during the interview based on competencies, skills, and experience. Job Description

This position requires a passionate and talented Accounts Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their success through effective communication and proactive account management.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to onboard new clients and develop data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee assigned client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and to Wisevu's high standards.
  • Campaign Management: Work closely with the internal team to manage and optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, website builds, content, etc.).
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly communicate campaign performance to clients through insightful reports and presentations, identifying trends and optimizing strategies.
  • Upselling & New Client Acquisition: Upsell existing clients and acquire new clients by staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • A proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex marketing concepts to clients.
  • Candidates fluent in both verbal and written English, with strong articulation and proficiency suitable for this client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information

This is a remote role open to applicants from Colombia. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday-Friday). Weekends are optional for additional income.
