The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to shape and build our cloud consulting practice in LATAM. As a player-coach with a 30/70 split between leadership and hands-on work, you will have the chance to mentor your team and contribute to departmental initiatives.
About the Role
- Manage a team of Cloud Architects specializing in container orchestration, data and analytics, machine learning, and cost optimization.
- Enable your team to guide customers on how to configure and deploy their products or services on AWS infrastructure.
- Closely work with our sales and marketing team to evangelize AWS products and services through events and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting, developing, and troubleshooting large-scale, production-grade distributed systems on AWS.
- Proven people leadership or technical leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor teams.
- Experience working with major cloud partners, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
