- Manage legal paperwork related to client incorporation and handle shareholder modifications.
- Certify and validate legal documents, including passports and shareholder records.
- Resolving compliance-related issues in an efficient manner, adhering to internal policies.
- Effective communication with internal teams and external clients to facilitate compliance processes.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Licensed lawyer or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within a law firm.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
