Funding Acquisition Specialist

At Intuitive Solutions, we're dedicated to securing funding for nonprofits in Colombia. As a Grants Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our grant-finding and application processes.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and research-driven professional to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth research to identify grant opportunities aligned with our clients' missions
• Maintaining and updating a comprehensive database of grant opportunities for efficient access
• Collaborating with the grant writing team to provide detailed research reports that support targeted applications
• Preparing concise summaries of potential grants, including eligibility criteria and deadlines
• Monitoring key databases for updates on funding opportunities and communicating timely with the team
• Assisting in compiling application materials and maintaining records of submitted grants
• Organizing and managing digital files related to grant applications for easy retrieval
• Inputting and updating data in grant management software as needed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• English language proficiency at a B2+ level (mandatory)
• Located in Colombia (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in grant writing, administration, or nonprofit organizations is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with grant management software is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and location.
