Job Description:
The HR Generalist will report to the HR Manager and be an integral part of our HR team, assisting with Employee Relations and special projects. In this role, you will develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze information to develop human resources solutions.
- Improve manager and employee performance and experience by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions.
- Oversee and complete special projects, including setting timelines, coordinating with appropriate parties, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements by maintaining awareness of existing and new legislation, anticipating, enforcing, and advising management on needed actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of direct experience; hourly population and/or call center experience highly preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask, extremely detail-oriented, great communication skills, and a TaskUs attitude.
