Country Fund Associate

Palladium is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Fund Associate to join our UK PACT team in Bogotá, Colombia. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the management of day-to-day activities, including project implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

• Support the UK PACT Colombia Fund Manager in promoting UK PACT funding opportunities to potential implementing partners and project beneficiaries.
• Contribute to the project screening and selection process, assessing deliverability and impact potential on the ground.
• Oversee the timely implementation of projects and ensure the feedback of results, impacts, and learning through quarterly reports to FCDO.
• Support the UK PACT Colombia Fund Manager and PMU to adhere to local due diligence requirements and ensure FCDO grant funding is spent as intended.
• Deliver timely reports to PMU and FCDO on UK PACT projects from the Colombia portfolio.

• Demonstrated programme and grant management skills, with experience supporting the delivery and management of projects, grantees, or subcontracts.
• Strong reporting skills with proven ability to contribute to client formal reporting and ad-hoc requests.
• Strong understanding of policy landscape, local and regional relevant state and non-state actors in relation to climate change, and low-carbon economic development.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the local political economy and business operating context in Colombia.
• Knowledge in energy, transport, and/or green finance is desirable.
