Virtual Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Attorney to join our team at Careers at VirtualStaffing. As a Virtual Attorney, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, working remotely and collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality results.

• Advise clients on their legal rights and guide them through complex legal disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft key documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Represent clients in negotiations and help them achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and next steps.
• Analyze case information to develop effective strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and handle related administrative tasks as necessary.

• A Law degree and a valid license to practice law.
• At least 2 years of legal experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Proficiency with online tools, including video conferencing and cloud-based platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving cases.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• You have your own laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Availability to work during US business hours.
