As Senior Analyst - HR Analytics, you'll collaborate closely with our People Experience, HR Global Business services, Finance and wider HR community to drive data-informed decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data from various sources, including Workday, ServiceNow, and digital adoption platforms, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HRIS team, HR business partners, and IT to gather data requirements, ensure data integrity, and implement data-driven solutions.
