Sell2Rent is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital face of our company. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-friendly designs across various digital platforms, enhancing user engagement and promoting our innovative services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development
    • Design engaging and aesthetically pleasing content for websites, emails, and social media, aligning with user expectations and business objectives.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Marketing and Campaigns
    • Craft email templates and marketing campaigns that clearly convey product features, promotions, and events.
    • Create landing pages and social media campaigns in line with marketing strategies to boost user acquisition.
  • Design Systems and Management
    • Manage design systems, style guides, and UI libraries, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design.
  • User Research and Testing
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design choices.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in the role.
  • Skills and Tools
    • Advanced skills in CRM, particularly Zoho, and other marketing automation tools.
    • Specialist in Figma with advanced proficiency in digital design tools, including Zoho, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
    • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
  • Portfolio and Communication
    • A robust portfolio showcasing a range of skills in UX design, graphic design, and marketing.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
