Job Summary:
beBee Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinador o Coordinadora Administrativa to provide administrative support to our team in Montería.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed

Organize and maintain files

Provide customer service

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Answer phone calls and emails

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

At least two years of experience in an administrative role

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
