Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Barranquilla, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through operational excellence.

Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing inspired leadership by overseeing the day-to-day and strategic operations of multiple accounts.
  • Partnering with departments in the organization and client success managers to drive overall performance and results.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven operations manager experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience in Six Sigma methodology preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company operations, systems, contract guidelines, and other required policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
