As an AI Solutions Architect at Provectus, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data and AI architectures that drive business value. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop cutting-edge solutions that leverage Big Data, machine learning, and real-time analytics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of data and AI architecture solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms.
  • Providing strategic technical vision for complex customer engagements, aligning solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Developing and delivering high-quality technical workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
  • Defining and executing data lifecycle processes: ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization.
  • Crafting streaming data solutions using Lambda/Kappa architectures, Kafka, Spark, and Flink.
  • Collaborating with business units and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to security, compliance, and architecture frameworks.
  • Guiding cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and guidance to technical talent.
  • Designing and executing proofs of concept for emerging technologies.
  • Driving MLOps best practices for scalable and maintainable machine learning pipelines.
  • Oversight of data governance and data quality processes across platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a strong emphasis on Big Data and cloud platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, enabling the ability to work across multiple projects and articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Technical sales or pre-sales experience with cloud and big data and ML solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Strategic thinking focused on delivering measurable business value.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Proficiency in data engineering and analytics, designing data pipelines and architectures using AWS, GCP or Azure data stack.
  • Thorough understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/ML components into solutions.
  • Proven experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and modern data technologies like Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances.
