The Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the stability, security, and scalability of our Microsoft Azure platform while mentoring a small team of DevOps Engineers. Your expertise in cloud architecture and automation will drive continuous improvement and innovation in our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure operations in Microsoft Azure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Drive CI/CD automation, improving deployment speed and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps practices within an agile environment.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads for efficient application deployment.
- Enhance security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud services.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience leading DevOps or Infrastructure teams.
- Strong expertise in a leading cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure), with hands-on experience in cloud architecture and automation.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and deployment strategies.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
- Knowledge of cost management and optimization in cloud environments.
- Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
