Job Summary

A senior application administrator with extensive experience in cloud architecture, installation, configuration, deployment, migration, backup, and troubleshooting is required. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of audit, compliance, and governance best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Architecture Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging expertise in GCP and AWS.
  • Deployment Pipelines: Develop and implement automated deployment pipelines for multi-cloud environments using Terraform (IaC), scaling, and monitoring processes.
  • Security Best Practices: Implement security best practices for multi-cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance, ensuring seamless identity management.
  • DevOps Tools: Utilize DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions to streamline workflows, ensure version control, and automate testing.
  • Kubernetes and Docker: Manage enterprise and open-source Kafka clusters, automation in configuration setup, patching, and deployment using Ansible.
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently or as part of a team, ensuring excellent communication and documentation skills.

Requirements

  • Proven years of relevant experience in large-scale enterprise production systems.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related technology.
  • Availability to work in the office twice a week.
  • Demonstrable experience working in public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure), VM, and container virtualization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up.
