About the Role

As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing international procurement processes. You will work on high-impact projects while ensuring the best practices are applied across all purchasing activities to support the team's goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage international procurement operations and processes.
  • Analyze purchasing strategies to maximize cost savings and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations with a focus on quality and value.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international regulations.
  • Provide insights and promote best practices for optimizing procurement strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in procurement, with a focus on international purchasing.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in fast-paced industries is preferred.
