About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Service Transition Lead to join our team at Strada Global. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from conception to production, ensuring delivery meets budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, aligning with budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Lead local workshops to ensure clients and stakeholders understand service delivery models, systems landscapes, and implementation methodologies.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, aligning stakeholders and team members on project goals and executing tasks to achieve success.
  • Make project decisions and recommendations to management on scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and deliver Service Transition (ST) deliverables, onboard BAU operational and TPVs, and grant access to systems, coordinating training activities.
  • Coordinate and lead testing phases to ensure in-scope systems are working as expected and configured according to specifications.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring project plans reflect authorized changes.
  • Communicate and report status to executives and stakeholders, including status reports and executive briefings.
  • Prepare and support during the hypercare period and drive process improvement initiatives within the project management domain.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Service Readiness as Service Transition or Project Manager, managing complex projects with tight timelines and multiple key business priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and confidence under pressure.
  • Accountability, problem-solving, ownership, client-centricity, effectiveness, commerciality, and technical skills are essential.
