Job Description:
- Deliver successful Workday integrations: Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain business requirements, and drive successful integrations for Workday users.
- Solve complex integration problems: Troubleshoot integration issues, configuration problems, and reporting challenges, and work with functional experts to produce formal configuration documentation and resolve issues.
- Develop and configure Workday integration solutions: Configure Workday integration solutions to meet business requirements, following the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Required Skills:
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR Operations (HCM), Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Mobility.
- Reporting and data analysis: Strong proficiency in reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, and ability to work with large datasets, manipulate and analyze data, and present findings clearly.
- Project management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
