Job Opportunity

The International Conference Ambassador will play a key role in developing relationships with potential attendees and securing their attendance at our conferences. This position involves leveraging multiple channels to engage with clients, including cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, the ability to promote our initiatives, and maintain a pipeline of prospects in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage all types of channels to engage with potential attendees
• Identify, invite & confirm attendees for our events
• Develop relationships with attendees over time to build a customer base
• Promote Opal's initiatives through positive interactions with C-Level executives
• Maintain and administer a pipeline of prospects in our CRM system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A background in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations/Communications, Hospitality Management, English Major, or Business and/or Sales
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• A competitive personality, drive to exceed expectations, and outperform peers
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and an innovative approach

Estimated Salary

$1000-$1350 per month
