Key Responsibilities- Custom Integrations and Webhooks: Develop and maintain custom integrations and webhooks using PipeDream and Retool to ensure seamless data flow and integration between various software tools and platforms.
- Front CRM Implementation: Lead the implementation of Front CRM for email ticketing, customize and configure it to align with our specific needs.
- ClickUp Optimization: Optimize ClickUp for project management through advanced automation, develop and implement scripts to streamline project workflows.
- Automation and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across the company, develop and implement automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Client Success Software Implementation: Collaborate with our team to implement client-success software solutions, assist in onboarding and integrating our first CRM to complement Front CRM and ClickUp.
