Role Overview


SAP SE is seeking a seasoned HCM/SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join its Premium Hub CoE team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals with excellent technical and communication skills to work with international customers, analyzing SAP solutions and presenting findings to IT managers and executives.



About the Job

  • As a Business Processes Senior Consultant, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
  • This role provides opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments.
  • The consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful SAP SuccessFactors & HCM implementation project.


Responsibilities

In the Explore and Realize phases, the consultant will conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard. Additionally, the consultant will propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in the Deploy phase, and support customers to address issues reported during Run and operation phases. The consultant will also support business processes continuous improvement once the customer is operating SAP SF.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation experience is mandatory.
  • Implementation experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration of SF integration Addon in SAP HCM.
  • Experience with ABAP optimization in SAP HCM is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration techniques.
  • An ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.


Language Skills

Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory language requirements. Portuguese is desirable but not mandatory.



Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000, depending on location and experience.
