Job Title: Technology and Cyber Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology and Cyber Risk Manager to join our team at WSP. As a key member of our Information Security Office (ISO), you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive and effective IT risk management practice across our global IT organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust IT risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate potential IT risks.
  • Establish and maintain effective reporting and communication methods to ensure stakeholders have a timely and accurate view of IT risks.
  • Collaborate with our Executive Risk Management (ERM) team to evaluate and report on relevant IT risks.
  • Lead and manage a team of risk analysts to foster a collaborative environment and promote a culture of risk-aware decision-making.
  • Deliver risk management training and establish a culture of accountability and commitment to maintaining an effective control environment.
  • Own and manage the evolution of our Integrated Risk Management Platform (Service-Now IRM).
  • Be a subject matter expert in IT risk and risk mitigation, empowering IT stakeholders to assume responsibility for IT risks in their areas.
Leadership and People Responsibilities:
  • Display leadership and independence in performing your role.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of senior-level experience in Information Security, IT Audit, with at least 2 years in Risk Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in large/global enterprise IT.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise IT security concerns and technologies.
  • Knowledge of technology best practices.
  • Experience with IT Governance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with governance, compliance, and audit within IT environments.
  • Experience in risk management, including risk analysis, mitigation, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of information security regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and little to no instructions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding and demonstrating compliance with information security requirements.
