Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at icuc. As a key member of our agency, you will play a crucial role in helping our client navigate their digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the client's social media accounts through Sprinklr, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Support the development of monthly editorial content plans and post scheduling, aligning with the client's business objectives.
- Engage with the audience on social media platforms, responding to inbound messages and user profiles in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including agency colleagues and client department teams, to approve responses and update playbooks.
- Prepare monthly data analysis reports on content and engagement performance, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working as a community manager or social media manager.
- Fluent or C2 level in English and Latin American based Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience in external communications and/or copywriting.
- Great knowledge of the inner workings of social media platforms.
- Skilled at problem-solving and able to clearly identify, define, and articulate problems while developing creative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex processes to unfamiliar audiences.
- Ability to think fast, work proactively, and remain diligent in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience translating technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- A strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders.
