We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Web Developer to join our team at Within, a Performance Branding company that partners with iconic brands to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing our websites using WordPress, with a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create responsive and visually appealing designs.

About the Role

This position requires a creative individual with a passion for designing visually appealing websites, who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, goals, and target audience to create effective designs.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop websites and web applications that are visually appealing, easy to use, and responsive across multiple devices, with a focus on WordPress.
  2. Design and code responsive email templates for various email marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements, goals, and target audience to create effective designs.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest coding techniques and technologies to ensure our websites are always up to standard.
  6. Test and debug websites to ensure they are error-free and perform optimally.
  7. Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they are consistent with our branding guidelines.
  8. Ensure that the front-end integrates seamlessly with backend logic and databases.
  9. Accurately integrate and manage various tracking tags, ensuring that all tracking is set up to capture and report data correctly.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in front-end web design.
  3. Proficient understanding of server management and configuration.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin for WordPress, including custom field integration and dynamic content features.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
