Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Auditing Expert to lead contract compliance audits of cost-plus construction contracts for the development and construction of industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract compliance audits of cost-plus construction contracts.
  • Audit both completed projects and projects in-progress.
  • Draw on various skills developed and experience gained in your career.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills (C1-C2).
  • 1-3 years audit experience (internal, compliance, operational) is preferred.
  • Construction, project controls or estimating experience or similar industry experience is required.
  • Strong data skills/ aptitude and advanced experience using Excel and/or Access to manipulate large data sets.
  • Financial business acumen, with exposure to payroll; insurance; employee benefits; internal controls; common business practices and contract language.
  • Background in understanding and assessing operational processes and internal controls.
  • Excellent business report writing skills.
