Andina Market Revenue Lead

We're looking for an exceptional individual to lead our Global Business Solutions team as a Senior Manager of Global Sales Operations. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to promote our advertising solutions across the Andina market.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of TikTok's global business. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the go-to-market strategy and operations in Mexico, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue organization productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of scalable operations solutions to support continued advertiser growth in the Andina market.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the go-to-market strategy and operations in Mexico.
- Drive alignment between sales and core teams, including Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Operations, and Ad Operations.
- Identify and drive revenue organization productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of leadership & management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, either in the media buying and/or selling side.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding large sales revenue & P&L goals.
- Strong analytical, sales, and strategic planning background.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
