Job Summary

VISA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Corporate Cloud Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience with VDI systems, Office 365, and Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain VDI system solutions to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and policies around VDI system solutions.
  • Provide engineering escalation support for Office 365, including Azure, Conditional Access, Intune, and AAD.
  • Manage O365, Hybrid deployment, and Security Policies.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security Office to ensure solutions meet Visa Security Requirements.
  • Provide technical support to Operations, Engineering team members, and end users to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate with all departments to notify them of any issues affecting operations.
  • Interface with customers to gather details and communicate designs.
  • Assist internal customers with professional and service-driven support.
  • Develop and document policies, procedures, and training plans for systems administration and operations teams.
  • Manage security assessments and vulnerability management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 2 or more years of work experience in Virtual Desktop Application (VDI) solutions, Office 365, Azure, and Client Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Citrix VDI environments, Network, Load Balancer, Firewall, ADFS, WAP, and SSO technologies.
  • Familiarity with enabling 3rd party integrations within Office 365.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex Office 365 and Windows Hybrid Domain Join environments.
  • Experience with monitoring and analytics tools.
  • Strong technical competencies in Windows Hybrid and SCCM infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership skills and effective oral/written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies, Load Balancer, Firewalls, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ability to multitask and be self-motivated.
  • Enthusiastic positive attitude towards working in a team environment.
  • Proven engineering, documentation, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
  • Staying calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in a multitasking environment.
