Sales Growth and Development Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth and Development Specialist to join our team at Agileengine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Represent the company professionally at industry conferences, meetings, and events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting, pitches, and proposals
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of professional experience in sales or a related field (HR, Recruiting, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
