Customer Experience Advocate

We're seeking a passionate individual who can deliver exceptional customer support in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an expert on our services, supporting patients from start to finish through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on our services to inform potential patients and assist them in navigating our platform.
• Support patients from start to finish on their journey with us through various communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with the management and clinical team to deliver seamless care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced level is required).
• At least 6 - 12 months of experience in customer service. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus.
• A high school diploma is required; any health-related certifications are a plus.
• A passion for health and wellness. You love helping others achieve their health goals.
• Excellent communication skills. You are a people person, listen well, explain things well, and troubleshoot problems easily.
