About the Role

At Within, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way brands connect with their audiences. As a Senior Content Creator, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives that drive business growth and leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance-Focused Content Creation: Develop content that resonates with our clients' target audiences, pushing engagement and metrics beyond set KPIs.
  • Multifaceted Ideation and Creative Development: Brainstorm, concept, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content within a lean structure to bring ideas to life.
  • Trend Analysis & Application: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging social trends, ensuring our content remains relevant and innovative.
  • Detail-Oriented Post-Production & Delivery: Ensure each content piece undergoes rigorous post-production process & QA, from video edits to quality checks.
  • Operational Mastery: Manage multiple projects, adhere to tight schedules, and value feedback to refine accordingly.
Essential Qualifications
  • Solid Track Record: 5-6 years of experience creating and producing paid and organic social content, with a portfolio that showcases your proficiency.
  • Technical Prowess: Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Capcut, with photo/video camera operations, audio recording nuances, and lighting techniques second nature to you.
  • Studio Proficiency: Over 3+ years of planning/running in-studio shoots, including setting up the perfect shot and ensuring the lighting captures our clients' energy.
  • Intuitive Insights: A holistic grasp of the social media landscape, understanding emerging trends and undercurrents shaping them.
  • Versatility: Equally adept at team-based and solo projects, with the ability to pivot between collaboration and independent endeavors.
  • Rapid Adaptability: A dynamic environment isn't a challenge but an opportunity, requiring proactive problem-solving and an innate drive.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate well with clients and internal stakeholders is a must.
  • Production Budget Management: Ability to bid, forecast, keep a running total, and reconcile wrapped budgets for your shoots is a must.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Generative AI Experience: Proficiency in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT a plus.
  • Retouching: Photo retouching a plus.
  • Styling & Set/Prop Design: Experience with wardrobe selection & curation, set design, prop selection and styling.
  • Food & Beverage Production: Experience generating content for food & beverage brands, particularly alcohol & spirits, that's awesome.
  • Fashion/Retail Production: Experience generating content for retail and/or fashion brands, definitely a plus as well.
