The Center for Reproductive Rights is a global legal organization dedicated to advancing reproductive rights as fundamental human rights. For almost three decades, we've worked on five continents to transform how reproductive rights are understood by courts, governments, and human rights bodies.

Our Work

We welcome talented candidates committed to our mission and ready to make an impact in improving people's lives across the globe. We are looking for a Senior Advocacy Adviser for Latin America to join our team.

This role will involve working closely with our global offices to develop and implement strategies to advance reproductive rights in Latin America. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to inform our advocacy efforts.

You will also work closely with our communications team to develop messaging and materials to support our advocacy campaigns. This includes developing key talking points, writing op-eds and articles, and creating social media content.

In addition, you will assist in the development of partnerships with regional organizations and networks to amplify our impact and reach.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of reproductive rights and policy in Latin America. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in advocacy, human rights, or a related field are required. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as well as proficiency in Portuguese and/or French is desirable.
