Global Finance Leader for Johnson

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Global Finance Leader to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. This role will be based in Europe or Colombia and will provide financial support to our Global Services (GS) organization.
About the Role: The Global Finance Leader will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and actuals tracking for our budget owners and GS finance organization. This includes proper cost reporting, variance analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for our global operations.
- Cost Management: Ensure accurate and timely cost reporting, variance analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
- Global Collaboration: Work with cross-functional global teams to understand project status, change impacts, and progression towards plan.
- Reporting and Compliance: Create reporting structures and ensure proper domain reporting, working with global TranSCend leads and Finance teams to ensure compliant processes and budget execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, Data Analytics, or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience, preferably with FP&A and SAP/TM1 experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work well in a dynamic environment.
