Financial Operations Officer:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our loan servicing function, including processing credit documents, maintaining accurate balances, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our loan servicing function, including processing credit documents and maintaining accurate balances
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to lending products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of credit documents, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education and a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Financial Services or related industry
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal) and Organizational Skills
  • Working knowledge of lending products, services, and procedures
  • Proven customer service skills, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing environments
