Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
• Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships for positive closures
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads
• Continuously track and develop client relationships
• Analyze prospective leads effectively and close deals through situational approaches

Candidate Requirements
We seek an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Native English speakers or those with neutral accents are preferred. You should be able to manage multiple customer moods and possess problem-solving and negotiation skills. Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and ability to maintain work ethics while handling remote roles are essential. Prior experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or related fields is advantageous.

Benefits
Enjoy an attractive salary package of $4 USD per hour, averaging $700-$1200 USD per month based on hours worked and successful leads generated. Work-life balance is guaranteed with flexibility to work remotely during dedicated EST hours. Opportunities for career growth and advancement exist within our global operational locations. Extensive training on job systems and skills will be provided. Remote workers may have opportunities to join onsite teams in Dubai, Colombia, US, or Canada upon performance review.
