We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead for Cloud-Based Applications to join our team at Team 360 Staffing. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software for our SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software for our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance applications using Java and AWS services.
- Manage technical roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Java, with experience building complex applications (Microservices experience a plus).
- Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, API Gateway).
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance applications.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.

- Remote role based in Medellin, Colombia (some office meetings only if required).
