  4. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with account executives or sales managers to seamlessly transition qualified leads. Provide comprehensive insights gathered during initial interactions.
  5. Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions in Clevertap's CRM system (Salesforce.com). Consistently follow up to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Analyze inbound lead trends, identify areas for process enhancement, and propose strategies to boost conversion rates.

Requirements:

  1. Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer support within the SaaS or technology industry.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with inbound leads and articulate Clevertap's value proposition.
