Job Title: Global Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing global business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global market, including customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the GPG portfolio and services to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform product development and portfolio decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or business administration, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing and sales.
  • Strong experience in global business, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
