We're seeking a highly skilled Data and Process Optimization Manager to join our Data & Process Automation team. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing business processes, documenting requirements, and identifying automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate key processes, ensuring that PriceSmart continues to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to enhance operational performance.
- Develop detailed documentation, including flow charts, process maps, and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement automation solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Conduct data analysis to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain process documentation to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support cross-functional teams in deploying automation initiatives and process improvements.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new process enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or process automation.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Proficiency in creating process maps, flow charts, and technical documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
