Responsibilities
  1. Create, improve, and maintain UX content guidelines
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and its impact on digital environments
  3. Implement content strategy, review feature requirements, and apply content design principles
  4. Lead the UX Content team in creating content for websites and products, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer experiences
  5. Mentor content teams across different squads, maintaining consistency in content strategy and experience throughout product lines
  6. Analyze information from various sources, including consumer trends, competitors, user experience labs, search, and social activity
  7. Stay current with new or changing web, app, and chatbot content trends and educate the team accordingly
  8. Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of experience in content creation, with 2+ years of managing content teams
  2. Excellent teamwork skills, experienced in working with agile teams
  3. Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to optimize data for best outcomes
  4. Technical knowledge of responsive design, information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, HTML, search, taxonomy, and metadata
  5. Basic knowledge of Sketch, Figma, Adobe Family
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  7. Problem-solving mentality and spirit for innovation
