Position Overview: Salesforce Developer

Kualty is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to enhance our Salesforce platform. This role is pivotal in optimizing our operations and enabling our team to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and maintain the Sales and Service Cloud platforms utilizing the Lightning Experience UI.
  • Develop and deploy test code coverage, ensuring compliance with SFDC Best Practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve bugs while aligning with project requirements during the debugging process.
  • Design and implement declarative automation, primarily using Approval Processes and Lightning Flow.
  • Provide user support, including data loads, report generation, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage tasks and projects through Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Document new processes and customizations in Confluence.
  • Take initiative in project ownership and foster client relationships.
  • Conduct data and configuration analysis upon request, offering insights for innovative enhancements.
  • Regularly evaluate existing processes to identify and implement efficiencies.
  • Commit to continuous learning of platform and industry advancements.
  • Oversee change management processes to introduce new features and updates.
  • Offer third-tier support for Salesforce users regarding inquiries and issues in Service Cloud and related systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, including configuration, customization, and programming with Apex, triggers, and LWC frameworks.
  • Proficient in architecture and APIs using REST and SOAP services.
  • Extensive knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
  • Experience with issue tracking applications and agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of executing complex, cross-functional projects independently.
  • Fluent in English (B2+ level required).
  • Open to candidates from LATAM.
