We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Science Liaison to join our team in the neuroscience therapeutic area. As a field-based scientific expert, you will be responsible for supporting scientific and business objectives through the establishment of professional relationships and the provision of educational materials and scientific presentations.
Main Responsibilities:- Scientific Expertise: Establish yourself as a scientific expert in your assigned areas of therapeutic interest through mastery of disease states, therapeutic areas, and relevant scientific content.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships with thought leaders, academic centers, and researchers to stay up-to-date on current medical and scientific information.
- Education and Training: Provide educational materials and scientific presentations to healthcare professionals on disease state, therapeutic landscape, and AbbVie products across the product lifecycle.
- Advanced Degree: A strong background in a relevant scientific discipline, such as Pharm D, MD/DO, PhD, or APP, is required.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in the field, typically 0-2 years, is highly valued.
